  Absolutely appalled at the customer service in this H&M branch in Romford. The store manager (who I believe it was I dealt with) refused to do a refund on a item I had purchased that same day at the One New Change H&M store. She told me to leave the store as "they do not do refunds at this time" despite other customers being serviced, still shopping and even having a receipt as full proof of purchased made that same day. When I asked why she gave me no explanation and walked off tutting so I thanked her for being so informative and helpful in amazement to her attitude. I was in the store at 7:40 and it was late night shopping being the Christmas period so they store was still open until 8:00. I can not believe H&M would hire someone that has no basic manners, very poor and disgusting attitude - MERRY CHRISTMAS H&M Liberty! I would also like to note the H&M store in One New Change could not have been more helpful upon my return that very next day to return the item, excellent customer service to the team there, even they were disgusted to the service I received informing they refund up to 1 minute of closing.
